SaaS evaluation risk. Task-tracking apps move fast: pricing tiers, free-plan caps, and integration availability change without notice. Every quoted number on this site is dated to when the relevant article was last verified against the vendor's own page (see the inline "verified against vendor pages on..." clause inside each article). Before signing a contract or committing budget, re-check the vendor's current pricing page. Migration between apps can also have hidden costs (data-export limits, retraining, integration rewrites) that this site flags but cannot quantify for your specific stack.

Attribution and quoting. Articles on TaskCompass are the editorial work of Adrian Mercer and the TaskCompass team. Quoting up to two paragraphs with a link back to the source URL is fine and welcome. Republishing whole articles, scraping the site for AI training datasets, or copying our comparison tables without attribution is not. The site emits standard robots.txt rules and AI-bot directives; both human and machine readers should respect them.
